Bemutatkozunk

A Triad a korai (2004-2013) sikeres e-számlázási projektjeire alapozva hamar felismerte azt az irányt, ami felé a megoldásokat keresni kell. Ebben nagy szerepe volt annak is, hogy a szakmában egyöntetű volt a vélekedés, hogy az eszámlázás nem úgy teljesít, ahogy várják. Sokan a megoldást az eszámlázás kötelezővé tételében gondolták. A sikertelenség a Triad szerint a megoldások új alapra való helyezését indokolta.

Kifelé tekintve a hagyományos és meglehetősen korlátos e-számlázás értelmezésen a Triad már korán a kapcsolódó területek igényeit kezdte el felmérni. Ilyenek voltak a hitelkezelés, reklamáció kezelés, elfogadási folyamatok segítése, szállítmányozási rendszerek megismerése, stb. Ezek vezettek el ahhoz a felismeréshez, hogy a felhasználónak nem egy adott feladat megoldására van igényük, hanem "end-to-end" át kívánják tekinteni a folyamataikat. Jelentős rendszerintegrációs tapasztalattal a hátunk mögött nyilvánvaló volt, hogy sem az ERP rendszerek kiterjesztése, sem a nagy, különböző cégek által üzemeltetett alrendszerek klasszikus integrációja nem vezethet eredményre.

Ez, valamint több mint 10 éves tapasztalatunk "számla bemutatáson" alapuló tranzakció alapú rendszerek fejlesztésével vezetett el a Smart Document koncepció kidolgozásához, valamint a szükséges infrastruktúra elvi megteremtéséhez (Zero Corner Model).

Munkánkban nagy segítséget jelent, hogy támaszkodhatunk az European Multistakeholder Forum on e-Invocing szakértőire, amely munkacsoport tevékenységében részt veszünk.

Cégünk továbbá szoftvertechnológiai folyamatokhoz kötődő tanácsadással és szoftveréletciklus-folyamatokat támogató eszközök értékesítésével foglalkozik. Munkáink során megszerzett elméleti és gyakorlati tapasztalatainkat továbbadva közreműködünk szoftvertechnológiával kapcsolatos egyetemi kutatásokban.

World peace is a common and returning desire of the dreamers. We are not aiming at this but would be pleased to establish the peace of mind of people building and using complex systems.

Building a complex system is not easy on its own, but communicating between complex systems, like a large scale supply chain, government information systems of different tasks with multiple players, each operating their own systems, trying to force their partners to adapt to their processes can be a nightmare.

A relatively simple principle of sharing elementary data of documents of mutual interest with the partners in a Zero Corner Model scenario can bring us closer to what we really want. This is what we call data centric integration.

Freedom of picking the necessary data elements to build our own processes is what the Smart Document concept can promise and implement. Come and explore the benefits we offer.

Carrying on the previous activities we also provide software lifecycle support services and consultancy. As part of the local R & D community, we jointly work with Universities on technology issues and take our part in the social life of the community.
